Do I need any special equipment?

While some programs may recommend some basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat, many of the workouts can be done with little to no equipment. Specific equipment requirements for each program will be clearly outlined.

 

How long is the program?

The programs span 12 weeks, divided into two 6-week periods. This timeframe allows us to achieve significant improvements and noticeable changes in your muscle strength and physique.

Is this a live program or pre-recorded content?

The program includes a mix of pre-recorded workout videos for flexibility and live coaching sessions for real-time interaction, when applicable.

Are the meal plans customizable for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.)?
