THE PROCESS
How the System Works
The Body Wisdom System is designed to be progressive — each phase builds on the last, so you develop real competency over time rather than just following a temporary plan.
Level 1 --- Build the Base (12 Weeks - Bodyweight Only)
MUSCLE MATTERS. Begin with a 12-week bodyweight-only program that requires no gym. This level establishes foundational strength, introduces the nutrition framework, and teaches the body to move well. The Glycemic Index chart and the Mediterranean diet guidelines are included to support your new dietary habits.
Level 2 --- Recompose (Free Weights + Carb Cycling)
METABOLISM MASTERY. Introduce free weights and resistance equipment to increase training intensity. Add advanced carb cycling for body recomposition — shifting body fat while building and preserving muscle. Motion Meditation is integrated at this level, building the mind-body practice alongside the physical training.
Level 3 --- Integrate & Advance (Personal Coaching)
For those ready to go further, Ruth offers private online and personal training at her private studio in Coral Gables. This is where individualized programming, advanced body composition protocols, and deep mind-body work come together into a truly integrated lifestyle practice.
Sustain for Life (ongoing)
The goal of the Body Wisdom System is never to "finish" a program. It's to build a way of living that keeps getting better — stronger, more balanced, and more energized — at every age. "Any Age. Any Gender. Any Fitness Level."

MOTION MEDITATION
A 6-week mindfulness program available in Ruth's private Coral Gables studio. Motion Meditation is a unique fusion of yoga and Qigong — 45 to 60-minute classes designed to quiet the nervous system, deepen body awareness, and build the mind-body connection that makes all other training more effective.
