About Me

Hello! I’m Ruth, a passionate advocate for the transformative power of movement, exercise, and delightful, nourishing foods.

 

With over thirty years of experience in the health and fitness industry—both as a learner and a teacher—I take immense pleasure in assisting individuals of all ages and fitness levels to regain their vitality and health through straightforward, natural, and safe methods.

 

My goal is to help you navigate the overwhelming amount of fitness information available online. This website was created out of that need—a dedicated space offering just the right amount of information, where I can share clear, natural, and science-based strategies to help maintain your physical vitality and muscle strength—without relying on intense workouts, complicated equipment, or harmful pills. I understand the journey, having faced my own challenges with body weight.

 

Managing body weight doesn’t have to be a struggle; it requires a clear plan and the cultivation of new habits—specifically, the habit of exercising and being selective about food choices.

 

As someone once said, "A goal without a timeline is just a wish." This rings particularly true when it comes to weight management. My plans are structured in short, six-week intervals to make them attainable. Every six weeks, you’ll assess your progress and adjust your goals for the next phase. This program is not a fad diet; it focuses on establishing new habits and ultimately, a new lifestyle.

 

Upon completing the "Balance Your Metabolism" program, you will possess the essential tools for effective weight management and swift recovery from setbacks. You won’t have to worry about losing control of your body weight again, as you’ll know how to get back on track.

 

I also emphasize mindful living. By incorporating simple, ancient techniques through Motion Meditation—gentle movements combined with breathwork—you can significantly enhance your focus, attention, and resilience to stress. Neuroscience research confirms that just a few minutes of daily practice can cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. That is my wish for you.
