These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BodyWisdom. fit and all services offered by BodyWisdom, including digital programs (Awaken, Transform), online coaching, in-person personal training, Elevate coaching, and the BodyWisdom Retreat (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or using any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT BODYWISDOM
BodyWisdom is a fitness and wellness business founded and led by Ruth Henao, aCertified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), operating between Miami, Florida, USA andMedellín/Guatapé, Antioquia, Colombia. References to "BodyWisdom," "we," "us," or"our" refer to the business and any current or future BodyWisdom coaches deliveringthe Services.
 

2. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

This is the most important section — read it carefully.

BodyWisdom provides fitness coaching, training, and educational content. We are not medical professionals, and nothing provided through our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or concern, or are over 50 years of age.This applies to all Services — digital programs, online coaching, in-person training, Elevate, and the retreat.
You participate in all physical activity offered by BodyWisdom at your own risk. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury, and no program can guarantee elimination of that risk.
You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information, injuries, and limitations to your coach before beginning any training relationship or attending the retreat.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptom during any activity, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

3.1 Digital Programs (Awaken, Transform)
Self-guided digital fitness programs delivered electronically. Access is granted upon payment. Transform includes weekly email support from a BodyWisdom coach as described on the program page at time of purchase.
3.2 Online Coaching
Remote 1-on-1 coaching delivered via video call, email, and/or messaging, as described in the specific package purchased (Essential, Premium, or Elite).
3.3 In-Person Personal Training (Miami)
In-person sessions delivered in the Miami/Coral Gables area, scheduled around the coach's visit availability as communicated at time of booking.
3.4 Elevate
Ongoing personalized coaching combining online coaching with an annual retreat seat (Elevate Annual) or without (Elevate Monthly), as described on the Elevate page at time of purchase.
3.5 The BodyWisdom Retreat
A multi-day, in-person retreat held in Guatapé,Antioquia, Colombia, including accommodation, meals, and training as described on there treat page and governed additionally by the separate BodyWisdom Retreat Cancellation Policy.

4. PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due as described for each Service at time of purchase (one-time, monthly recurring, or annual, as applicable).
Recurring Services (Online Coaching, Elevate Monthly/Annual) renew automatically until cancelled by you in accordance with the cancellation terms for that Service.
Retreat payments are governed by the separate BodyWisdom Retreat Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods or new bookings, with reasonable notice provided for existing recurring subscribers.
 

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Digital Programs (Awaken, Transform):
Given the immediate digital delivery of these programs, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted,except as required by applicable law.
Online Coaching & In-Person Training:
Monthly packages may be cancelled with [7]days' notice before the next billing cycle. Unused sessions within a purchased package are handled according to the terms stated for that specific package at time of purchase.
Elevate:
Monthly plans may be cancelled with [7] days' notice. Annual plans are subject to the terms described at time of purchase.
Retreat:
Governed entirely by the separate BodyWisdom Retreat Cancellation Policy — see Section 12 below.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & CODE OF CONDUCT
Clients agree to provide accurate health, injury, and contact information.
Clients agree to treat BodyWisdom coaches, staff, and fellow clients/retreat guests with respect. BodyWisdom reserves the right to remove any client or guest from a Service (including the retreat, without refund) for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to others.
Clients are responsible for their own travel arrangements, travel documents, and travel insurance in connection with the retreat or any in-person Service requiring travel.
 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided through BodyWisdom — including but not limited to the Awaken and Transform program materials, the Zen Dance/Motion Meditation video library, training plans, and website content — is the property of BodyWisdom and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
Purchase of a Service grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own individual fitness purposes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BodyWisdom, its founder, coaches,and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to personal injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by BodyWisdom's negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, and any dispute arising from BodyWisdom's digital programs and online coaching services, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, reflecting BodyWisdom's business registration and online service delivery. Disputes arising specifically from the BodyWisdom Retreat, including matters relating to accommodation, in-person conduct, or events occurring in Guatapé, Antioquia, Colombia, shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Colombia. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of the client's country of residence apply and cannot be waived, those mandatory protections shall take precedence over this clause to the extent required by law.
 

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BodyWisdom may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients where reasonably practicable.
